All orders are usually processed and shipped out within 2-7 business days (not including weekends), but please allow up to 2 weeks. You will receive an email once your order has dispatched. Depending on your destination, shipping usually takes about 6 - 21 days, but due to unpredictable customs please allow for up to 45 days. During sales and peak season these times may be extended.

Once an order has been fulfilled you will see the tracking attached. Head over to, or the company of your specific courier to enter your tracking number.

If you have a tracking number and you see that your order is not moving in its transit to you, or your tracking number says your order is delivered but you have not received the package you may file a claim with China Post or the courier we shipped with. Please contact our support team they can help you with this process.

All claims are customers' responsibility with the carrier. We do not issue refunds when orders are lost in transit. We recommend choosing a shipping method that includes insurance.

Please contact us immediately with your order number. This must be done within 12 hours of your order or we may not be able to cancel your order or we may take a cancellation fee
