    Shipping & Delivery

    Your order will ship out as soon as it’s processed by our warehouse. Our order processing times are:

    • Premium Shipping - 24Hrs to 2 Working Days.

    Due to our licensing agreements, some of our licensed products are limited to select countries.

    Order Issues

    If your order arrives damaged, we offer a free replacement — no charge to you. Just share a clear photo of the damaged item and its packaging with us at info@gkikz.com, and once we confirm it we will ship out a replacement right away.

    If premium shipping takes over 25 days, we will refund the shipping cost. If your order is not delivered within 60 days, we will arrange a resend or a full refund.
